To deliver and measure advertising, we provide information from our servers to the following advertising service providers (using each company's Conversions API or similar tools). This provision is made under the provisions on provision to third parties in each privacy policy (Article 8 of our Privacy Policy [in Japanese] and Section 9.7 of the Agentino Privacy Policy) and is based on your consent to each policy given when you submit a form or sign up for Agentino. We do not provide the other content you enter in the forms or the sign-up process for Agentino (such as your name, company name, or inquiry) or Agentino's Service User Data.
Hashing converts the original strings into a form that cannot be read directly, but the providers receive the information in order to match it with users of their services (even when hashed, matching may link the information to you as a user). The measures taken by the providers in foreign countries are described in "Provision to Third Parties in Foreign Countries" below. This provision is made from our servers and is not stopped by browser settings. Provision accompanying a form submission is made at the time of submission. You can also contact Agentino by email at support@agentinos.app instead of using the form (we do not make this provision for inquiries received by email). Requests to stop future provision of the information from the sign-up process for Agentino are also accepted at the same address.

3. Provision to Third Parties in Foreign Countries
We provide personal information to third parties in foreign countries in the following cases (including provision that accompanies outsourcing). The country, its system for protecting personal information, and the measures taken by the recipients to protect personal information are as follows (information under Article 28 of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information).
- Cases
- Cloudflare, Inc. (processing form submissions in section 2); Google LLC (Google Analytics in sections 1 and 2, and provision to advertising service providers in section 2); and Meta Platforms, Inc., X Corp., and X Asia Pacific Internet Pte. Ltd. (provision to advertising service providers in section 2)
- Country
- United States (Cloudflare, Inc., Google LLC, Meta Platforms, Inc., and X Corp.); Singapore (X Asia Pacific Internet Pte. Ltd.)
- The country's system
- in the United States, there is no comprehensive federal law equivalent to the Act; protection is provided by sector-specific federal laws and state laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act. See the Personal Information Protection Commission's survey of the United States (in Japanese). In Singapore, the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 is in force as a comprehensive law for the private sector, and Singapore participates in the APEC Cross-Border Privacy Rules (CBPR) System. Singapore also has a system under which police officers of a certain rank may order businesses to produce information or to provide access to it when they consider it necessary for investigations and other proceedings (production orders under the Criminal Procedure Code); the Commission's survey states that this system lacks provisions such as approval of the access by an independent body. See the Personal Information Protection Commission's survey of Singapore (in Japanese)
- Cloudflare's measures
- Cloudflare holds the Global CBPR certification, an international certification for cross-border transfers of personal information, and its data processing terms provide that, as its customers' processor, it handles personal information within the scope of the customer's instructions and takes security measures. On this basis, we consider that Cloudflare has established a system that meets the standards prescribed by the rules of the Personal Information Protection Commission, and we take the measures necessary to ensure that Cloudflare continues to implement these measures. We will provide information on these measures upon your request
- Google's measures
- for Google Analytics information, Google takes measures such as encryption in transit and at rest based on its privacy policy and security policies. For information received through provision to advertising service providers, Google states that it protects it with encryption and controls on employee access, and handles it under the Google Ads Data Processing Terms
- Meta's measures
- under its Business Tools Terms, Meta uses contact information for matching (hashed email addresses and phone numbers) only for matching and deletes it after matching, does not share information received from an advertiser with other advertisers, and sets out data security measures (Data Security Terms)
- X's measures
- under its advertiser agreement (the Conversion Tracking Program T&Cs of the X Master Services Agreement; the contracting party for advertisers in Japan is X Asia Pacific Internet Pte. Ltd.), X uses information for matching only for matching and does not share it directly with third parties, does not share conversion information directly with third parties except as required by law and in other limited cases, and implements technical, physical, and administrative measures to maintain the confidentiality, security, and integrity of the information. Under the same agreement, X Asia Pacific Internet Pte. Ltd. processes personal data in its advertising programs as a data processor on behalf of X Internet Unlimited Company, in Ireland. X also states that it uses conversion information not only for measurement but also to optimize its ad targeting and delivery and to develop and improve its products
- Locations
- the recipients state that they handle information at locations in various countries, including the United States. Of these, Cloudflare's services are processed in data centers that Cloudflare and its subcontractors operate around the world, so it is not possible to identify all the countries where personal information is handled (Cloudflare has published that it stores information mainly in the United States and the European Economic Area)
Ireland, where the provider of Slack is located, is a country recognized by the Personal Information Protection Commission as having a personal information protection system equivalent to Japan's (a member state of the European Union), so provision to Slack is not provision to a third party in a foreign country.
